Leadership Soccer Academy (LSA)
At Leadership Soccer Academy, programs are designed to meet children where they are, not just by age, but by confidence, readiness, and ability.
Our goal is simple:
Give each child the right environment to grow — as a player and as a person.
How Groups Are Organized
Instead of labeling children by age, we group them by:
Confidence level
Technical readiness
Emotional maturity
Ability to train in a group setting
This allows children to:
Feel challenged but not overwhelmed
Build confidence at their own pace
Learn leadership by training with different peers
Every placement is done thoughtfully and with the child’s best interest in mind.
What Your Child Will Gain
By participating in LSA, your child will:
Feel more confident on and off the field
Learn how to work with others and lead by example
Develop discipline, focus, and resilience
Improve soccer skills in a positive, supportive setting
Feel valued, supported, and encouraged
Parents often tell us they notice changes not just in soccer — but in attitude, confidence, and behaviour.
