Leadership Soccer Academy

Where children grow confidence, character, and joy — through soccer

Soccer is the tool.

Confidence, leadership, and resilience are the outcome.

At Leadership Soccer Academy (LSA), we help children grow not only as players, but as people.

Every session is designed to build belief, responsibility, teamwork, and a love for learning — on and off the field.

Leadership Soccer Academy:

A program of Premier Soccer Coaching Academy

Most programs focus only on skills.

We focus on who your child is becoming.

At LSA, your child will:

  • Build real confidence by being supported and challenged

  • Learn leadership through teamwork and responsibility

  • Develop resilience by learning how to face mistakes and grow

  • Improve soccer skills in a positive, joyful environment

This is a place where children feel seen, respected, and encouraged — while still being pushed to improve..

The Leader Soccer Academy (LSA) Framework

Our way of developing confident, capable children

Everything we do is built around three simple pillars parents can understand and trust:

GROW

Leadership & Character

Children learn teamwork, responsibility, communication, and resilience.

Leadership is taught through action, not speeches.

BELONG

Confidence & Self-Belief

Children feel safe, included, and supported.

They learn to trust themselves and grow confidence step by step

PLAY

Skills & Joy

Soccer fundamentals, decision-making, and game understanding — taught in a way that keeps the love for the game alive.

This is not just training.

It’s a development experience..

Meet your Coach

Edgar Rivera

Life, Soccer and Performance Coach

Hi there! I’m Edgar. I’m a passionate and dedicated coach who loves helping kids unlock their full potential—whether it’s in life, soccer, or personal growth. My goal is to build their confidence, resilience, and life skills, setting them up for a bright and successful future. I use the beautiful game of soccer as a fun and exciting way to teach valuable lessons and help them grow, both on and off the field

Why am I doing what I am doing?

First of all, for the love for the children, as a father of three, I know what a Dad or Mom wants for their children. Second, over the years as a coach, I’ve noticed something interesting: while many soccer clubs focus on sharpening skills and building a competitive spirit, they often overlook the life lessons that sports can teach. Lots of programs do a great job introducing kids to the joy of soccer and sparking their love for the game, but there’s a real opportunity to help young athletes develop essential traits like resilience, confidence, leadership, goal-setting, and courage. That’s where I believe we can make a bigger impact!
